Gift & Home Brand Supply

For brands that sell under their own name. The workshop makes the object; you own the design, the packaging and the customer.

What Brands Run Into

  • A form exists but the maker will not run it in the quantity you need.
  • The glaze shifts between runs, so a repeat order does not match the first.
  • Packaging is an afterthought, so the piece arrives looking like a wholesale unit.
  • Nobody will tell you which part of the work is hand-made and which is not.

About the Mark

Brands ask the same question first: whose name ends up on the piece. The answer is yours to give. We can fire your mark into the base, apply your label to the packaging, or ship the piece undecorated so your own studio finishes it. If the piece should carry no mark at all, that is a specification like any other — state it on the brief and it goes onto the order.

Repeat Orders

A repeat order is run against the sample you approved, not against a photograph or a colour card. The approved sample stays as the reference for that line, so a later run is matched to the first rather than to a description. Where a glaze behaves differently between firings, you hear it from us before the run starts, not after it ships.

How It Works

  1. Enquiry — tell us the channel, the craft line and the volume you have in mind.
  2. Selection — we propose forms and grades that suit your price band and your customer.
  3. Sampling — a sample is made and approved before any production run.
  4. Production — the run is made to the approved sample, with the grade stated on the order.
  5. Shipping — export packing, documentation and consolidated shipping arranged to your destination.

Typical Scenarios

A brand comes with a form already drawn and a problem that is not about the form: the maker will not run it in the quantity the brand can sell. The work starts by finding the run size the form can actually be made at, and setting the grade to the price the brand sells at.

The second shape is a collection that has to read as one collection — several objects, one surface. A set ordered together is made to a single specification, so the colour and the finish hold from piece to piece instead of drifting between runs.
