Cultural Institution & Heritage Project Partnership
Commissioned work and reproduction programmes for exhibitions, heritage sites and cultural projects.

What Institutions Need
- A reproduction has to be defensible — the form, the material and the finish all get reviewed.
- The schedule is fixed by an opening date, not by a production calendar.
- The object may be one of one, or one of two hundred.
- Suppliers need to be able to talk to a curator, not only to a purchasing office.

- Selection
- Reproductions after specified originals, or new work in a historical idiom.
- Customisation
- Scale, finish and mounting to the project specification.
- Logistics
- Packing and documentation prepared for institutional delivery.
- Terms
- Payment terms agreed per order and stated on the quotation.
Project Work
Some pieces are not catalogue items. If you are specifying a reproduction for a display, a site or a touring exhibition, send us the brief and the reference material, and we will quote it as a project.

How It Works
- Enquiry — tell us the project, the deadline and the reference material.
- Selection — we propose forms and grades that suit your price band and your customer.
- Sampling — a sample is made and approved before any production run.
- Production — the run is made to the approved sample, with the grade stated on the order.
- Shipping — export packing, documentation and consolidated shipping arranged to your destination.
Typical Scenarios
An institution is preparing an exhibition or fitting out a site, and needs objects that are right about particular things — a form, a proportion, a surface. The work starts from the reference material the institution already holds, and the first stage is agreeing what the object has to be right about before anything is made.
The second shape is a programme that runs to a season. A set of objects is delivered against a schedule, with the packing specified alongside the pieces so that the whole consignment can be opened and installed on the same day.
