Peony Porcelain — Wholesale & Custom Supply
Porcelain built petal by petal around the peony — the flower Luoyang has grown and celebrated for more than a thousand years. Each bloom is modelled by hand and fired in a single piece with its vessel.

The Flower and the City
Luoyang has been associated with the tree peony for over a millennium. The city holds a peony festival each spring, and the flower appears in Tang poetry, in Song painting and in the decorative vocabulary of every craft practised here.
Peony porcelain takes that association literally. The bloom is not painted on; it is built — petal by petal, in clay, and fired as part of the form.
Craft Grades
Every line is graded the same way: by how much of the work is done by hand, what it is made of, and how the finish is treated. The grade is stated on your quotation so you know exactly what you are buying.
Pricing depends on size, craft grade and order quantity. Request a quote for your specification.
Hand-built
The form is made by hand throughout — thrown, modelled or built up.
Hand-finished
The form may be press-moulded or cast, but all finishing, carving and decoration is done by hand.
Studio grade

Presentation grade
The highest hand-work content in the line, selected for finish and consistency. Intended for gift and collection channels.
