These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of sale for any order — the terms of each order are agreed separately and stated on the quotation and order confirmation.

You may use this website to learn about our products and to contact us. You may not use it to scrape content at scale, to attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with its operation.

The text, photographs, illustrations and layout on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce it as your own.

Product designs and forms we supply remain our intellectual property or that of the workshops that make them, unless assigned to you in writing.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Craft objects are made by hand: dimensions, colour and finish vary between pieces, and glazes move in the firing. Small variation is a property of the work, not a defect.

Colours reproduced on your screen may differ from the object.

All products we supply are made now, by hand, after historical forms. We do not sell excavated objects. Nothing offered on this website is an original of any period.

Orders are governed by the terms agreed on the quotation and the order confirmation — including price, specification, lead time, payment terms, inspection and claims.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for problems arising from specifications, artwork or materials you supplied to us. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of Luoyang, Henan, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If we change these terms we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
