Distributor & Regional Agent Partnership
Volume supply across multiple craft lines, with territory and terms discussed case by case.

What Distributors Need
- One supplier per craft line is four suppliers. Consolidated supply is the point.
- The grade has to be consistent, because your customers buy repeatedly.
- Territory has to be worth defending.
- Documentation has to be ready before the first container, not after.

- Selection
- Across the eight craft lines, with the mix set to your market.
- Customisation
- Your own forms, finishes and packaging across lines.
- Logistics
- Consolidated shipping and documentation for container-volume orders.
- Terms
- Volume terms and territory are discussed per market and stated in writing.
Territory
Territory is discussed market by market, and whatever is agreed is stated in writing on the order. We do not publish a standard territory policy, because the right answer depends on your market, your channel and the lines you take. Bring your market to the first conversation and the discussion starts there.
Across Lines
The point of a consolidated supplier is that one order can carry several lines. Selection, grade and packing are stated per line on the same order, and shipping is arranged once for the whole consignment. Where a line cannot meet a date, you are told which line it is, rather than being given a single date for everything.

Recommended Lines
All eight craft lines. A market-appropriate mix is proposed after we understand your channel and your customer.
How It Works
- Enquiry — tell us the channel, the craft line and the volume you have in mind.
- Selection — we propose forms and grades that suit your price band and your customer.
- Sampling — a sample is made and approved before any production run.
- Production — the run is made to the approved sample, with the grade stated on the order.
- Shipping — export packing, documentation and consolidated shipping arranged to your destination.
Typical Scenarios
A distributor is opening a market and needs supply that holds steady while that market is tested. The first order is usually a mixed consignment across several lines rather than a deep buy into one, and the mix is set by what the channel can actually sell.
The second shape is a market that turns out to want one line more than the rest. The mix is set order by order, so the weight of a later consignment can move towards whichever line is selling without the rest of the programme being renegotiated.
